Josh Vernon has been selling homes in the Birmingham area since 2010. He opened the door to his real estate career after years in the banking industry. He felt inspired to take on a new challenge and help those within his community reach their own personal and real estate goals. After a few years of working the business on his own, Josh learned that everything in life is better with a friend. 

In 2014, Jamey Reynolds joined him as a business partner and the Josh Vernon Group was born. From the very beginning, our founders made a commitment to always operate with integrity and protect the needs of their clients. This foundation has continued as Josh and Jamey have developed a team of real estate experts. We currently have 12 agents who are passionate about serving our Birmingham market, and our recent expansion to the Montgomery and Destin markets. 

Our team has proven systems and models in place that ensure smooth and successful real estate transactions. We are committed to taking what is often a stressful process for buyers and sellers and making it FUN. Since our team takes care of every detail, our clients can enjoy a stress-free experience.
